Aestheplan is intended for cosmetic clinics, dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic medicine consultants, and authorized clinic administrators. It is not a consumer self-diagnosis tool and should not be used as emergency, diagnostic, or autonomous medical software.

Decision support, not diagnosis

AI-generated content is a draft recommendation for professional review. Aestheplan does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, replace clinical judgment, or guarantee outcomes. Clinic professionals remain responsible for reviewing outputs, assessing contraindications, obtaining informed consent, and making final decisions.

Clinic responsibilities

• Use Aestheplan only for lawful, professional clinic workflows.
• Obtain consent before uploading client photos, notes, or personal data.
• Keep clinic procedure lists, product categories, and user permissions accurate.
• Review AI outputs before sharing or relying on them in a consultation.
• Maintain appropriate records, notices, and professional supervision required by applicable law.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and ensuring only authorized users access clinic data. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access, compromise, or misuse.

Acceptable use

You may not use Aestheplan to upload unlawful content, violate privacy rights, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with security controls, or use outputs to make unsupported medical claims.

Data and content

Clinics retain responsibility for the data they upload. You grant Aestheplan the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display submitted data solely to provide and secure the service, support users, and maintain auditability.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the MVP evolves. We may update these terms when product, legal, or operational requirements change.

Disclaimers

Aestheplan is provided as a professional workflow and decision-support tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular clinical decision, and guaranteed treatment results.
